I currently head the FastJobs product vertical at **FastCo** as employee number 18, overseeing two squads focused on B2B and B2C across web and mobile platforms. FastJobs is a mobile-first marketplace helping employers hire non-executive workers faster, unlocking a massive, underserved frontline labour market in Southeast Asia. My current learning interests include organisational design, product growth loops, and AI-driven personalisation.
Before FastCo, I worked on venture building and 0-to-1 innovations at Numo (Fintech Incubator), Preferred.AI (Deep Tech Research Lab) and **Linde** (Digital Corporate Innovation Lab), building products and businesses across eCommerce, AI, FinTech, MarTech, HR Tech, SaaS, and two-sided marketplaces.
I graduated first class in Information Systems & AI **(MS and BSc) as a fast-track scholar at Carnegie Mellon University and Singapore Management University, supported generously by the **IMDA Singapore Digital Scholarship.
I’m passionate about uplifting communities to do good better, together. Since 2022, I have been serving as a seasonal Alumni Mentor with Compass@Campus, and I currently serve as a Fellow at The Product Loft, where I host closed-door product discussions and talk product to foster peer learning.
